I have three flavors, Swiss Chocolate, French Vanilla and Fresh Berries. I am most excited about the Swiss Chocolate. Which from the reviews on the website, looks to be the top flavor!
For starters, I got the awesome shaker cup. It's very thick and durable. It comes with a shaker jack inside to help blend it all up. Each packet is to be combined with 8 oz. of water. I think i can choke that much down... (I worked at a bar long enough to know how to throw back something that tastes nasty! HA!). I opened that pack and took a whiff... mm... smell pretty yummy to me. Still hesitant though, I know this is going to be another terrible vitamin flavor shake. So next I poured it in and started shaking... kinda fun to play with your food! I did notice that it took quite a bit of shaking to get it mixed, and still its kinda lumpy on top. I even took a spoon and tried to demolish it... but nope its still there. I gave up! Let's just get this over with!
It tastes like instant chocolate pudding mix. You know before it sets. I'm sure most of you have stole the whisk or spoon after mom mixed it! It a good sweet chocolate flavor but it's of course powdery. TO my surprise though, It does not taste like vitamins!
I can't tell you if it worked for curbing my hunger though... as my daily supplements already do that.
